Dr. Cynthia Freeman-Smalls , Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Focus Centered Therapeutic Services, LLC. Dr. Smalls is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Georgia. Dr. Smalls is a Nationally Certified Counselor with more than 15 years of experience in counseling, education and consulting. She is a native of South Bay, Florida and received her masters in counseling from Clark Atlanta University, and doctorate from Georgia Southern University.
